If you are using a screensaver or close your computer, depending or your OS and configuration, most likely you will shut down the computers network. This will make WebSockets fail, and you will typically see a “Loading …” message, and nothing happening.
To fix, close your tab and log in again or..
Logout of the application if you are not using it. This is in general recommended behavior
If the web session is more than 2 hours, you will experience a timeout. Logout and Login again to fix
If an AWS console or CLI session is more than 12 hours, you will experience a timeout and need to refresh credentials.
If you have access to a dataset, and it’s present in your list, a steward could potentially delete it, before you click it, and it will be gone, resulting in an error. Reload the datasets or logout and login again.
